Manuel CEVA,

Manuel has over 18 years of experience in the consulting and
telecommunications industry.
Before founding Tactem, he was Head of Sales at Equant
Global Solutions, taking on responsibility for the business
development of the outsourcing business.
Before this, he was CEO of Equant Japan where he
orchestrated the merger of Equant, Global One and SITA
operations and took on all representation activities.
Previously to joining Equant, Manuel was a consultant with
Booz – Allen & Hamilton, a leading strategy firm.
Manuel has a degree from the Paris Institute of Political
Studies (Finance) and an MBA from INSEAD. |

Lionel Castang,
Co-founder and Vice-President of Sales & Marketing |

Lionel has over 15 years of experience in the
consulting and IT industry.
Before founding Tactem, he managed a pan-European Key
Account team at Colt Telecom.
In 2002, Lionel co-founded Toaster, an Internet start-up,
and was tasked with defining the business model, the sales
strategy and the partnership agreements.
From 1996 to 2002, he was Business Development Executive at
Equant, before moving to a Sales Manager position for New
Business in France, closing large deals with CAC 40 accounts.
At Safran (formerly Sagem), Lionel was Key Account Manager
for 3 years, selling telecoms equipment (PBX, routers,
videoconferencing equipment, etc.) to large accounts.
In the early 90s, he spent 2 Years in Italy with
Salomon/Adidas implementing ERP before joining Mercer
Management Consulting as a consultant in Strategy.

Patrick Allard,
Co-founder
and Vice-President of Operations |

Before
founding Tactem, Patrick Allard worked for Equant as Client
Partner and Head of Commercial Management. He closed major
outsourcing telecommunications deals. His area of
responsibilities included opportunities identification,
sales strategies, Business Cases, Due Diligence, Contract
negotiations and deal closing.
From 1996 to 1999, Patrick joined Datops, an Internet
start-up (www.datops.com). He raised a first round from
French and American Venture Capitalists representing 10
times the start-up revenues. He set up the finance and
administrative functions recruited 10 employees, mostly
salesmen, launched commercial activities in Europe and
signed initial contracts with large companies. In the end,
Datops was acquired by LexisNexis.
Patrick started his career with the Alcatel group. He
carried out project management and commercial
responsibilities in India, Poland, Australia, Israel and New Zealand. He was Business Development Director at Alcatel HQ,
working in particular on Competitive Intelligence,
Mergers and Acquisitions, and Strategy and Partnerships in Telecommunications.
Patrick has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications
and high-tech industries. He has a Master's Degree in
Mathematics plus an MBA from INSEAD.

Sidali Banoune, Chief Technology Officer |

Sidali joined Tactem in November 2006 and is
responsible for all aspects of software development,
including new versions of the TIO platform.
Sidali has over 15 years of experience in software
development in both large companies and start up
environments. He built the R&D department from scratch and
worked out the product development roadmap.
His recent experiences include working at e-Manation, a HCM
Software & Web Services Editor, i3S, a Data storage
equipment and software provider, and Danone.
Sidali has a PhD in AI from 'Ecole Centrale de Paris'. |
