TIO implementation follows a four-step methodology:
1. Data Model
Structure the Telecoms enterprise environment using a ‘hypercube’
designed along relevant
telecommunications dimensions:
organizational;
telecoms services;
typology of tasks;
cost components
2. Data Gathering
The first step consists in identifying information sources and their Information
Owners. Once information sources have been identified, Tactem
collects and analyses data through templates and live session
phases.
3. Set up and Training
TIO is loaded with configured user rights and Company data. Different
training sessions are proposed for each category of user
(Administrator, Information Owner, Executive, etc.).
4. Results
Users get an integrated framework to transversally manage
the telecommunications function across multiple business
units, countries and services. There are also some
