The Tactem Information Officer is the result of over two
years of development, integrating state of the art research
on topics as diverse as contract management, mathematical
extrapolations, budgetary processes or economies of scale
derived from telecommunications technologies.
Indeed, research and development investment is at the core
of the new services that Tactem continuously proposes to its
customers.
In early 2006, Tactem received an OSEO ‘FCPI’ qualification
for the development of the Tactem Information Officer
platform. Through the FCPI certification, which is an
industry recognized award in itself, Tactem immediately
gained privileged access to a selection of venture capital
funds.
Additionally, in November 2006, Tactem obtained Young
Innovative Company status (‘Jeune Entreprise Innovante’ -
JEI); the JEI status is awarded by the French Ministry of
Research and Industry to France‘s most innovative companies,
who commit to spending at least 15% of their resources on
R&D, among other factors.
Both OSEO ANVAR (the French Agency for Innovation) and the
Ile de France Region are strong supporters of the Tactem
concept through various loans.
